So, let’s talk about Mr. & Mrs. C. They came to us at the tail end of February, already eyeing up a house they were seriously into. But—plot twist—they hadn’t sold their current home yet. What were the main reasons you decided to move?
“We explored many options with our current property in terms of extending but decided that financially it worked out better to move. We wanted a bigger bedroom for our daughter to grow into and needed a guest bedroom for our friends and family to be able to stay in when they visit from our home town in Cornwall.”

What do you like most about the property you are buying?
“We absolutely love the location of the new property, the bedroom sizes, addition of a conservatory which will be a great playroom for our daughter and friends, and the beautifully landscaped garden.”

What will you miss most about the house you are selling?
“We will really miss our current home for numerous reasons. It’s so special to us as it was the home we went back to after being married & after having our little lady. We will miss the location and great neighbours, the sizeable driveway and double garage that we have as a gym set up currently.”
